The Rat Buggy is a combination of the Chumsbuggy(Mad Max) and the Rat Loader(GTA Online). I started the Rat Buggy just as a learning aid experiment of two desert inspired vehicles modified together to see what I can make of them. Feel free to leave a comment with your thoughts.
